Tumbleweed affords students a rich curriculum aligned to Arizona College and Career Ready Standards.
Tumbleweed Elementary School, in the Washington Elementary School District, serves more than 400 prekindergarten through sixth grade children in the neighborhood bordered by Cactus Avenue on the north and the Arizona Canal on the south, from 35th Avenue to 43rd Avenue. The school received a “B” rating by the Arizona Department of Education. We are also committed to our Continuous Improvement Plan,
