“I don’t understand.”
It’s something every parent hears at some point—but what you do next can make a big difference. 💙
Instead of immediately giving your child the answer, try to:
1️⃣ Ask what part they understand.
2️⃣ Have them explain the problem in their own words.
3️⃣ Give them a different way to approach the concept.
Sometimes, a student doesn't need more practice—they simply need the concept explained in a way that makes sense to them. 💡📚
And if they continue to struggle, asking for additional support isn't a sign that they're falling behind. It can be a great way to help them build understanding and confidence.
