This week's all new episode of Edible Ed's was SOUPER special! Why? Because Emma Bites shared her SOUPER secret recipe for Marvelous Mango Bolis! But we had a ton of fun filming and being silly together.

I started Edible Ed's a long time ago because I didn't fit the mold the world set for me. It's been tiring and scary but exhilarating and fun, all thanks to this special little girl. A few months ago, these two decided our pool was the place to be. Watching Hamilton and Eliza grow their family has been such a journey. While we are feeling a bit heavy-hearted and worried about their eight little ducklings lately—especially seeing how skittish Eliza has become—we’re holding onto hope that they are okay out there.

Life in the wild is tough, but we’re just grateful these two know they always have a safe place to land, a full bowl of food, and a family that loves them right here. Spread Love Like Butter! I love you!🦆❤️

There are moments that stop you in your tracks, and last Thursday was one of them.

​Walking into the Children’s Museum of Phoenix and being greeted by the voices of so many Lil’ and Big Chefs wishing me a Happy Birthday, it’s a feeling I can’t quite put into words.

​Being Edible Ed is a journey that takes every bit of energy and heart I have, but moments like these remind me exactly why I do it. To feel that love and to know that I’ve made even a small impact on this community makes every late night and every ounce of hard work, worth it.
