Things happen in perfect timing.
Took a narly fall on my bike 🚴🏽♂️ this morning when out training with at 4 am. Wasn’t moving fast at all but went down hard cause I couldn’t get my foot clipped in, got frustrated and lost my balance. Went down hard on my left side.
Just so happens that the 4th Saturday of every month is our Pranic Healing clinic we offer to the community (a donation based clinic where we offer healings). I shared with and she said well “bummer babe, maybe come to clinic.” Haha 🤣
Showed up. Received a healing from one of the finest One of the best ways to rejuvenate the body for athletes.
April 26th is the next monthly clinic. 10 am to 12 pm. If you aren’t able to come either make time in your schedule and bring your whole family or share with a friend.
Recovery on a deep energetic level!!

Wow…big day! 12 repeats on Piestewa Peak. Supporting an incredible man and his fight on stage 4 cancer. He crushed it out there. Such an inspiration. Got to start my day with a sunrise and end with a sunset.
Continuing to build my base for UTMB 110 in August and challenging myself to do really uncomfortable things. One of my best friends did 12 last year so obviously I had to match that. 🤷🏽♂️😁
Tim has an amazing non-profit that is purposed around inclusion matters. No matter anyone’s situation they are included. It focuses on the IDD community (intellectually and developmentally disabled) and including them in physical events. It is SO rewarding to be a part of this.
I will be committing my entire UTMB 110 race to raising money for this non-profit here in Arizona. Some of the equipment these individuals need is $5000 a piece 😮. I will be sharing more info soon and how to be a part of this. Our goal is $10,000 (ALL tax deductible with 100% going to the non-profit).
Thank you to my favorite group of people for challenging me and pushing me. A marathon going up and down a mountain is no joke. Thank you for all the work you’ve done to get my body in a position to do this.
I sat in 80 pounds of ice for 25 minutes. People don’t always see the recovery. Sometimes that hurts just as much as the event. Thank you for all the support and love and patience and taking care of my recovery and so much more.

What an honor to push Nathaniel….AND on his 24th birthday 🎂 🎉 too. He LOVED all the cheers and celebration chants. Every time we ran by the crowds he’d put his hand up for a high five 🙌🏽
Thank you to and the incredible team!! Happy with the finish of the 1/2 marathon today. Really wanted to go sub 1:50.00 🏃🏽♂️ but not today. So close 🤷🏽♂️
Nathanial would like back over his shoulder occasionally to check if I was there. I put my hand on shoulder and reminded him that if he’s rolling forward then I’m gonna be behind him. Priceless. Thank you to his parents Geri and Matt for allowing me to push their son.
Great to see so many friends out there running with their people! I loved seeing and many more. Can’t wait to do it again.
