Rula Yosef is the Winner of the Equine Science – Entrepreneurship Proficiency Award, she operates an independently owned equine training and lesson enterprise focused on horse development, performance training, and horsemanship education. Her SAE began through early riding experience and hands-on work at Robinson Ranch, where she trained a pinto mustang recovering from stall rest, eventually preparing him for successful sale. She now works with horses from a variety of backgrounds, including show prospects and horses with histories of neglect or abuse, focusing on rebuilding trust, improving performance, and matching each horse to the discipline best suited to its temperament. Her program also provides riding lessons for all skill levels, including equine-assisted learning, where students develop horsemanship, safety, patience, and communication with horses. She manages all aspects of the business including training, scheduling, record keeping, budgeting, marketing, and daily care while overseeing boarding and lesson operations. Through this SAE, Rula has gained extensive experience in equine management, business ownership, and leadership within the horse industry. 🐎✨ Congratulations Rula!
