The Arizona Thespian Society was incorporated in the mid 1970’s. We are a Region I Chapter affiliated with the International Thespian Society and the Educational Theatre Association. Over the last three and a half decades, Arizona Thespians have provided services to over 50,000 adolescents and hundreds of educators. Our efforts have been recognized by the Governor’s office for the last 10 years by

The AZ Thespians adult and alumni board spent two days at retreat actively planning the 2025-2026 year of events for everyone! We spent time reflecting on the last year, setting new goals, and bonding as an organization. We can’t wait to share everything that is planned for YOU!

Big news! For the first time since 2014, the National Coalition for Arts Standards (NCAS) is reviewing the National Arts Standards across all artistic disciplines — dance, media arts, music, theatre, and visual arts.
