Metal Element Yoga
Instructor: Joshua Laureles
Tuesdays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Hailing from Texas and being a former infantry Marine, Joshua has a unique journey across his trek through wellness and transformation. Originally being exposed to Yoga at a hardcore bodybuilding gym, then learning about themes such as the Hero’s Journey, Joshua has created his own blend of Yoga: Metal Element. Tempered from the Marine Corps, experienced in various martial arts and sciences from Jiu Jitsu to KajuKenbo, he has woven together teachings and built a foundation for something completely new. This yoga is for the oddballs and the outsiders, like himself, those who are into the underground, the alternative and the obscure. He is here to bring something different, and to assist those seekers on their own path.

World Martial Arts Academy rings in the Year of the Horse with demonstrations across the valley! Lion Dance, wushu, tai chi and more!

2026 WMAA seminars - join us on Saturday January 31st for an afternoon of learning and growth

1PM - Master Li Jinheng will teach a sparring set between the 3 sectional and the staff
2PM - Ivo will teach wing chun basics and self defense
3PM - Yang Pan will teach sanda (bring wraps/gloves if you have them!)
4PM - Dusty will teach modern Wushu for competition and performance prep
