Any guesses which twin snuck in a car nap… and which one powered through? 😅
~
At 4 years old they usually don’t nap at all and sleep a solid 6:30pm–6:30am every night (praise the Lord for good sleep 🙌).
~
But every now and then, a late afternoon drive home hits just right… warm car, soft music, mama close by… and one little set of eyes can’t help but close.
~
What I love most is how in tune their bodies are. Even in a less-than-perfect sleep setup, cuddled up next to me, one drifts off peacefully while the other simply rolls with it — maybe a slightly later bedtime, but still steady and secure.
It’s such a sweet reminder that sleep isn’t about perfection… it’s about rhythm, trust, and listening to their little bodies. 🤍

Today felt like such a sweet celebration for one of my families and their 4-month-old 💛
~
After a week of working together, he finally started linking his sleep cycles seamlessly — and watching it click into place was incredible.
~
Nap training can feel overwhelming for little ones (and parents), but with a personalized plan and steady support, those small pieces really do come together.
There is nothing better than seeing a well-rested baby and confident parents. This is why I love what I do. ✨
If you’re feeling stuck with naps, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Reading words like these humbles me every time. 🥹✨
I am truly so blessed to support families during some of their most exhausting and vulnerable seasons. Being invited into your homes, routines, and hearts is an honor I never take lightly.
I believe rest is a gift from God — for both babies and parents — and watching families move from survival mode to peace and confidence is why I do this work.
Thank you to every family who has trusted me with their sleep journey. Your stories remind me daily that this calling is bigger than me. 🙏💤 -homeSleepSuccess -homeSleepCoach

One of the questions I get asked most when I come into a home for overnight sleep support is,
“Where will you sleep?”
The honest answer? Anywhere that works.
A couch, a guest room, a floor mattress — whatever your home has, I’m flexible.
I’m not coming in to disrupt your space or make things complicated. I’m there to support your family, meet you where you are, and keep things as calm and natural as possible while your little one learns to sleep well.
My focus is always on:
🤍 your baby feeling safe
🤍 you feeling supported
🤍 rest happening for everyone
It doesn’t have to be perfect — it just has to work.
If you’ve been wondering what in-home sleep support really looks like, this is it: practical, flexible, and centered on your family’s real life. 💤✨

Zoe, thank you so much for these incredibly kind words 🤍
I truly believe the Lord was so present in your journey, bringing peace where there was exhaustion and rest where there was uncertainty.
It was such an honor to walk alongside your family and support you during this season.
Your trust, perseverance, and love for your sweet baby did not go unnoticed.
I’m so grateful God allowed our paths to cross and to be part of the work He’s doing in your home.
Praying continued rest, confidence, and blessings over your family 🤍🙏

I love working multiple nights with families — being right here, fully present, and witnessing the transformation in real time is truly incredible. ✨
Night one was hard. We transitioned from co-sleeping and nursing all night to a pack-n-play while still room-sharing, and it was a big change for everyone.
But then… night two happened. 🤍
This sweet 5-month-old showed us she was capable of a solid 12 hours of sleep — we actually had to wake her this morning. A total game-changer.
One more night to go to solidify the work we’ve done and lock in a strong, healthy sleep foundation for this precious girl and her mama.
If you’re feeling exhausted and overwhelmed and wish someone could come alongside you in your own home, you’re not alone. I’d be honored to support your family through personalized, hands-on sleep training right where you are. 🤍

It’s rare that the twins nap these days… so here I am, nap-trapped and soaking up every quiet second 🤍
(Yes—even with 8 kids around, it can be quiet 😌)
I can’t believe my babies turn 5 this year 🥹✨

🌙 Every Family, Every Story — A Different Path to Sleep
My approach to sleep training is always individualized — because what works beautifully for one family may not be the right fit for another.
~
Over the past four nights, I’ve had the privilege of becoming part of this incredible family’s village. Their home is full of love, with rich Asian cultural traditions, a multigenerational household, two busy executives working from home, and wonderful nannies helping care for their little one.
💛
This week was a big transition — their current nanny was finishing up, and a new one was starting. It created the perfect moment to lay a gentle, consistent sleep foundation that everyone could build on together.
~
Their sweet 8-month-old had been co-sleeping, taking short naps, and waking often through the night. The parents wanted a gentler sleep approach — one where I stayed in the room, providing calm reassurance, and where the nanny would continue room-sharing once my work wrapped up.
This method isn’t for everyone, but for this family and this little guy, it’s been exactly what he needed.
🌙
We’re now on day five, and the progress has been beautiful:
✨ He’s settling within 2–4 minutes for naps.
✨ He’s linking his afternoon sleep cycles and napping for two full hours.
✨ Overnight, he’s soothing himself with just the sound of my voice — and last night, he woke only once and settled again within 20 minutes.
~
Usually, I’m guiding parents through the process step-by-step. But sometimes, a family needs more hands-on support — and I feel so grateful to step into that role when it’s right.
Every baby, every parent, every home has its own rhythm. My job is simply to listen, guide, and help that rhythm fall into harmony. 💫

🌙 Hey mama, I’m Hannah Peterson — the heart behind A to Z Sleep Solutions.
If we haven’t met yet, I’m so glad you’re here. 💕
I’m a mum of nine amazing kids (eight still at home), including identical twin boys who make sure there’s never a dull moment. We homeschool, chase sheep, laugh loud, cry sometimes, and do life in the beautiful chaos that is motherhood.
~
Before I ever started this business, I worked as a pediatric nurse in New Zealand, caring for little ones and their families through some of the hardest seasons. That’s where I first learned that sleep isn’t just about rest — it’s about healing.
~
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of fostering more than 75 children, both in New Zealand and here in the States. Many came from trauma, neglect, or special needs backgrounds — children who didn’t yet know what it felt like to be safe enough to close their eyes. Walking beside them as they found calm, comfort, and routine forever shaped my approach to sleep and family care.
~
But my story isn’t just professional — it’s deeply personal, too.
I’ve experienced pregnancy losses that broke my heart, and I’ve walked through postpartum depression and anxiety, where even simple things felt overwhelming. I know the feeling of lying awake, exhausted but unable to rest, wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. I know what it’s like to love your children more than life itself — and still feel completely drained.
~
That’s why I do what I do. ❤️
~
At A to Z Sleep Solutions, I meet families where they are — with compassion, understanding, and practical tools that truly work. My approach is gentle, realistic, and always personalized. I focus on the behavioral side of sleep, because when a child’s environment feels secure and consistent, their body and mind can begin to relax. And when that happens, we can better understand if deeper medical or emotional factors are at play.
If you’re reading this and your nights feel endless… if your little one struggles to fall or stay asleep… or if you just feel like you’ve lost yourself somewhere in the exhaustion — I see you. I’ve been there, too. And there is hope. 🌷
