Our mission is to show the powerful social and economic impact of investing in long term credential and degree attainment for people who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity. This strengthen families, raises the standard of living, and builds a more competitive workforce.

Arizona Career Pathways steps in where financial aid stops. Childcare, transportation, utilities, food, diapers, formula, or other required tools and supplies that aren’t covered by financial aid. We make sure they don’t have to choose between meeting basic needs and staying in school.

Arizona Career Pathways helps low‑income students in Maricopa County stay in school and move into good careers. As a workforce initiative of Valley Interfaith Project, we partner with Maricopa Community Colleges to provide one‑on‑one support every step of the way.
We step in where financial aid stops—covering essentials like childcare, transportation, utilities, food, diapers, formula, tools, and supplies that students need to stay enrolled. When they graduate, we also help pay for the licenses and certifications required to start working in their chosen field.
When students get the support they need, they finish school, find meaningful jobs, and build stability for themselves and their families. #
