It was a wonderful experience to interact with young adults and seasoned professionals from BVG India Ltd. Stress and work pressure is inevitable but, finding a balance and managing the work without stress along with prioritizing health was addressed.

Stress can cause physical ailments and how conscious breathing and welcoming positive thoughts through breathing can elevate people's spirit and change outlook was discussed.

Matthew Perry, who made us laugh, cried inside and passed away with the suffering buried deep inside his heart! Robin Williams, although a little older, didn’t share a much different story either. And we have so many more, including the great Charlie Chaplin.

The deaths of these people compel us to ask ourselves, are we laughing? Or, are we crying inside? While some are aware of their internal sorrows, most are oblivious to the darker side of their being.

But why should anyone, and not just these great comedians, die sad.?
Death, we know, is inevitable. But we don’t have to necessarily embrace it like this!

These people have been idols for many. But let’s not idolize their deaths. Let’s pay an optimistic tribute to them. Let’s value the happy moments they’ve given us.

Let’s value the beautiful life the Almighty has gifted us.
