Cruising into a new year. But first, let’s reflect on this current year…

I don’t wait to go into a new year to reflect on the past. So, I’ve spent some time this month evaluating it from all angles. As a result, I have made a few discoveries.

1. It was a personal growth year for me, sometimes exhilarating and other times tumultuous.

2. The label coach is very illusive and dangerous.

3. I did fewer social media and achieved the exact expectations and goals for my business.

4. Small business owners, including me, need more help than ever to be profitable.

5. A Leadership and Strategy mindset are key areas for success and ultimately ignored.
