The one thing that is ALWAYS consistent is...change!!

I think we've all felt that change in our businesses and personal life (hello Mom life for me) over the last year or so. You with me girl?

Is a brand ambassador, influencer, or affiliate right for helping you market your beauty business? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Let's break it down⬇️

1️⃣ Brand ambassador- a genuine follower who loves your business and regularly posts about it. You would 'gift' them retail products or actual services that they would share on their social media and tag you.

2️⃣ Influencer- Someone with a large following. You would pay them to post about your services or products on social media... giving them a free gift/service is up to you or what the influencers requirements are.

3️⃣ Affiliate- a person who helps you market your beauty business. You would provide them with a special link or code that they give to their followers. They earn commissions based off of the people who purchase with the code. Works best for selling retail products online.

How do you gain confidence on social media when you feel less than? 😕

I got you babe! Here are 3 tips that will help you move past the fear of judgement...

1️⃣ Talk to your 1 ideal client. It's all about helping that one person- It's not about what other beauty professionals think about your work. They aren't paying your bills anyway!

2️⃣ Get professional photos done of yourself that you feel confident about. When you like your pictures, you will feel so much more confident posting them I promise.

3️⃣ Publish your post even when you are scared! Welcome to the uncomfortableness of owning your own business... It takes some courage but each time it will continue to get easier. You got this girl! 🤗

Our little doll turned 1 last week! 💖😭

Sometimes the littlest people can teach us the biggest lessons, ya feel me!?

A few things she has taught me over the last year:

1️⃣ Be relentless (like Capri). Girlfriend does not give up until she has figured out how to fully master something inside and out! Can't we all be like this in our business too!?

2️⃣ Find joy in the small things. There is something to be said about child-like joy and seeing that gummy little smile over the simplest of things.

3️⃣ Roll with the punches... some things don't go as planned. Like getting Covid on your 1st bday 😕 Happy to report, she is doing perfectly fine and already recovered.
