Beer Talks: The Kirbside Edition

Been on a path of cutting back on my alcohol consumption over the last five months or so, and have really been enjoying exploring what there is out there… and it’s always fun when you have a friend who loves craft beer as much as you do but also wants NA options!
Both beers pictured are a great alternative for either a west coast hop or a hazy IPA, very flavorful and nail the profile. Hiyo is a fun cocktail option and this tequila alternative comes highly recommended by the folks in Arcadia!

When you go to a wedding and one of the friends/guest is a photographer, you do an impromptu shoot haha… thank you for making me feel beautiful, reflection of my dancer days!

When you have a off, you go sampling with friends! Stopped by finally (I mean it’s right behind my apartment!) to taste what they have going on in the world and was not disappointed! Flight starts with their followed by a prickly pear tea, apple pie and finished with a fun cider. All really forward flavors and try their stuffed mushrooms for a snack!

Visiting some beer friends over and had to try some of their new apps! Got their newest batch of and their and did not disappoint. Sour was still tart on the finish but clean and slightly sweet on the front end. IPA was light on mouthfeel but still full of citrus flavor and these Brussels I could eat all day! Cheers friends

What an amazing time today pouring our sour and mosaic hops ipa! Invited some regulars of ours to say thank you for the support and tasted some great beers from other as well… we’ll see you at the next one!

Another successful event in the books over here ! Ugly sweater party with , holiday cards and ornament crafts, and a fundraiser for was a great combo tonight with beer! We’ll still have the donation box out until the end of the year if you want to bring something by, but man did we fill it tonight. Thank you to everyone who came out and we’ll see you next time!!
