Get ready for a unique hands-on acting workshop on 07.17 that will prep any actor for their next "real-world" casting call experience. Free to attend, please rsvp online.

At the end of the month on 07.31 we have our Studio Showcase, which any student may sign-up to perform in! Enrollment in class is not an automatic agreement to perform, students must sign-up to confirm their interest.

Pyramus (played by Bottom the Weaver (played by Rey)) is here to remind you that we are only ONE WEEK OUT from the live performance of our Ahwatukee Shakespeare Company members at the Annual Ahwatukee Spring Fling Festival hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Ahwatukee!!

Catch us strolling along 48th Avenue during the parade before the show, then meet us under the covered stage adjacent to the tennis court at the Ahwatukee Community Park to see the show at 11:30 am.

We can't wait to bring Shakespeare to the locals, come join the fun!

Join players of the Ahwatukee Shakespeare Company on APRIL 19TH as they bring the fantastical characters PUCK, OBERON, and BOTTOM to the 49th Annual Spring Festival hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Ahwatukee ()!

This is a free arts and entertainment Easter weekend event at the Ahwatukee Community Park, and we are so honored to have been invited to entertain attendees! Our troupe of young actors are excited to perform a few select scenes from our 2024 production of "A Midsummer-Night's Dream", come join us!

LOCATION?
The Ahwatukee Community Park near the Warner/Elliot Loop and 48th street. There will be a raised stage within the festival where we will be performing.

TIME?
The festival begins at 11 AM, and our players take to the stage at 11:30 AM.

COST?
None! Experience Shakespeare for free and enjoy all the other family-friendly fun this festival offers.

Reacting Studio is teaming up with , aka the Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival, this winter to bring you an incredible opportunity! FlagShakes has just celebrated their 10 year milestone of performing live Shakespeare for their local community and others outside of Arizona.

We are honored and thrilled to work directly with Hannah Johnson, a professional actress and marketing director for FlagShakes, to provide a private monologue/audition workshop for the students!

TRAIN at Reacting Studio for 8 weeks to memorize, practice, and polish a monologue from one of Shakespeare's many works.

PERFORM for a prominent member of the Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival's team and receive individualized, professional coaching.

WATCH a professional performance by the Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival and have a Q&A with the author/lead after the show. Price of admission is included in the total program fee ($199 for non-members, $150 for members).

Got a little one who'd like to see what it's like to be an actor in a play? Enroll them in my four week course where they will be learning all about how imagination ties into character work, back-stage etiquette, and why theater is such a creatively fun time!
