Six months ago, she was like most people, working from home, sedentary, and not feeling her best.
Then she decided to do something about it and came in for a consultation. She trusted me with her fitness journey and has been going strong for the last six months.
We started with subtle changes that anyone can make. A higher protein intake, less junk, and strength training 3-4x a week. I didn't cut her calories or tell her to do endless cardio. Just focused on small changes that can turn into big physical changes in the long run.
