I’m so excited I can barley contain it!! The last time I installed something like this was after I made it from my hands with air pumps lol and lots of extension cords. It’s nice that I can be creative and not have to create makeshift centers for my schools anymore!!!

Aspiring my advice is this, do the work they think you hired them for. Employees feel valued when the owners or management lighten their load. Today I was the janitor! I’m there to work for them. I’m at their service! I’m there to say with humility that I can’t do it without them because I can’t. I am there to tell them they are loved, appreciated and admired for the gifts they bring. I am there to laugh, mostly at myself not take myself or anything that happens too seriously. I am there to train them how to do my job, empowering them and showing them I trust them. I am there to take their mistakes and make them into teachable moments that they can grow from and not be ostracized for. I am there so they can truly enjoy each and every day to the fullest. That is my why, they are my why!

Why I was chosen is beyond my understanding but that I was….is the greatest purpose I have ever known. I found what was missing in me, it was them! That I get to do life with them is such an honor! #
