I received such an overwhelming response from my last post sharing my 40lb weight loss story. Many have reached out to me about wanting more information, coaching, and even requesting I write an e-book!

I didn’t see this coming! I just obeyed God and shared my story, praying it would inspire someone and give them hope. Well, look at God! I’ve been released to get back into coaching and mentoring again. 🙌🏽

I’m looking for five (5) women between the ages of 35-60, who are interested in joining my Hope 4 You Lifestyle Focus Group. My focus group will meet virtually 1x/week for one (1) hour beginning May 12, 2025. Details including scope of the group and expectations will be given at orientation. 100% commitment and participation is required!

There is no fee to join the focus group, however you will need to invest in healthy nutritious food, vitamins/supplements to get started, and a new wardrobe once you drop the weight. 🤗

PRAISE REPORT! This is what weighing 40lbs lighter looks like on me. I haven’t been this size in 18 years!!🎉

In August of 2024, I was told by my doctor that I was 1 number away from being diabetic. I was already experiencing symptoms of fibromyalgia, severe menopause & on HRT, and on 4 different high blood pressure medications and was frustrated, burned out, and tired!! 😩

In October 2024, I switched to eating anti-inflammatory food and started an extensive vitamin regimen and the pounds have been melting away with little to no exercise. 🤗💃🏾

5 months later, I’m out of diabetes danger zone (no longer pre diabetic), down to 3 high blood pressure medications and counting (managing my stress levels is a work in progress), menopause symptoms gone and off off HRT, and by faith healed of fibromyalgia! Not to mention, I’m aging backwards! To God be the glory! 🙌🏽

This has been an amazing journey ever since I cracked my body’s weight loss code.

This morning I was sitting up in my bed talking with the Father as I always do before getting my day started. I was thinking about the miracle of life. It’s amazing how life is created, don’t you think? How two people can come together against all odds (his s***m and her egg) to create life. It’s a miracle!

I thought about how I can see a part of myself in each of my children. That must be how God the Father feels about us!

I didn’t always think this way, in fact, I believe I took the miracle of being a mother of 5 children for granted, mainly because of all the warfare that comes with motherhood. I’ve been fighting for my children’s lives and mine since the moment they were conceived. However, in spite and despite the warfare, I still brought forth! Glory be to God! 🙌🏽

I declare and decree against all odds, and in spite of and despite all the warfare you’ve experienced, YOU WILL BRING FORTH!! You will not be delayed and you will not be denied, in the name of Jesus!

I declare and decree, you will give birth to every God-given purpose, vision, and dream. And when God causes it to happen for you, it will seem like a dream, only it will be real!

A Decree While Waiting on God

I decree, while I’m waiting for the promises of God to be fulfilled and made manifest (materialize) in my life, I will:

1. Be patient while I wait
2. Be content while I wait
3. Be productive while I wait
4. Prepare while I wait
5. Enjoy the process and journey while I wait
6. Praise God while I wait
7. Worship God while I wait
8. Thank God while I wait
9. Trust God while I wait
10. Only believe God while I wait

There are blessings, places, spaces, assignments, favor, people, levels, dimensions, victories, territories, regions, realms, and resources the Lord has awaiting you in 2025. In order to carry the capacity for what He has in store for you and for what’s coming, you must release and let go of the load you’ve been carrying. The Lord needs you free and clear for your next season. Your next season is too profound for you to carry dead weight.

Let go of the past. Let go of the load. Let go of the hurt and pain, and yes even let go of people. Let it all go because what God has prepared for you, cannot contain (accommodate) dead things and places.

Out of the dust and ashes, new life emerges! 2025, will mark an era of New Life for you! Behold, your old life is gone and behind you and your New Life begins!

The Lord is turning back the clock and making all things new as it should have been from the very beginning. He is rewriting your story and ending. It will not be as the enemy thought and planned it.

Now prepare to enter into your Kainos season!

What can I say that hasn’t already been conveyed. At this moment, I am speechless, not because you’re not worth honoring or celebrating; but because I’m in awe of how despite everything you’ve overcome (some things never spoken), you still managed to keep your smile, beauty, glow, and love and devotion to God and your family!

Words cannot describe how much I love, adore, and appreciate you! I look forward to creating more memories with you and showing you just how special you are to me. Happy Mother’s Day, Mother Dear! 💖🤗🥰

There is a humility that leads to pride, disobedience, and rebellion. It’s called false humility.

What has God told you to do that you haven’t done yet because you think you’re not qualified, good enough, significant, equipped, ready, or out of fear of what people may think or say?

Did you know when you see and think of yourself less than how God sees you and says you are; you’re basically telling God that He is a liar, He made a mistake, and He doesn’t know what He’s doing with you?

Ouch, I know and here you thought you were being humble and cute. 😳

It’s not what you think you can or cannot do. It’s what God desires to do in you, through you, and for you and everyone connected to you, you’re called to, and those you come into contact with that matters the most.

Listen, God knows what He’s put on the inside of you. He knows the plans and purpose He has for you. He knows more than you do, and He knows what’s best for you!

Now, humble yourself, repent, and obey God! 😇

Genesis 11:31, TPT: “Terah took his son Abram, his grandson Lot, the son of Haran, and his daughter-in-law Sarai, his son Abram’s wife, and they all departed together from the Chaldean city of Ur to go into the land of Canaan. But when they journeyed as far as Haran, they settled there.“

Terah died in Haran (parched, road), a city that was only meant to be passed through, not settled in. Do not settle in the place of your pain or disappointment. Arise, it’s time to move forward to posssess the promises of God. God has better in store for you. Canaan lies ahead!

I was on my home last night from a business dinner with my colleagues and out of town guests when this happened. The thing about it is, this could’ve been avoided if I’d only listened to Holy Spirit minutes earlier.

Actually I got 3 warnings, but I ignored the first two because I didn’t want to be inconvenienced, and I heeded the third one which probably saved me from a major injury and damage to my car, if not possibly saving my life.

I usually get off a certain exit when driving home from work because I get home quicker, but last night, Holy Spirit told me very subtlety to get off at the next exit, and I was going to do it when I made a last minute decision to get off at the exit I normally do because I didn’t feel like going the longer route (1st mistake).

When I exited off the expressway, Holy Spirit told me once again in a very subtle soft voice to get in the right turning lane which had several cars in front of me. I didn’t feel like to waiting for the cars in front of me to turn, so I got in the outer turning lane that had no cars in it (2nd mistake).

When the light turned green, I proceeded to turn right and swung out an extra couple of feet which I don’t usually do, but felt led to do it (3rd warning which I actually heeded). A grey pickup truck from the corner turning lane side swiped me while trying to get over in my lane to go straight, pushing my car out of the way and sped away.

When the police arrived to take my information, I was told that the damage was so minor, that an accident report couldn’t be taken. The police officer told me it would the best car accident anyone could experience even down to the timing of me turning, avoiding the truck hitting me straight on. It could’ve been a different outcome but God! In fact, he said he’d never seen anything like that before. I believe angels were blocking the truck from hitting my car straight on, decreasing the impact.

God is so gracious and Holy Spirit is so persistent in that even when I ignored the first two warnings, I was still spared from what could’ve been a horrible/fatal car accident. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Although I walked away from the accident untouched and unbothered; I couldn’t help but think how I sometimes I take Holy Spirit for granted, taking His wisdom as suggestive and not serious. I repented and asked the Lord to increase my sensitivity to Holy Spirit’s voice, but most importantly, to help me heed His voice instead of dismissing Him when I don’t feel like being inconvenienced and not lean to my own understanding when I don’t understand.
