- 2 home visits + 3 weekly follow-ups

Play2Sleep Screening 5. Does your infant have one or more of the following sleep problems: a. awakenings ≥ 4/night, orb. the time to take your infant to fall asleep after turning the lights out ≥ 30 mins, orc. longest sleep bout d. total sleep time e. awake in the middle of the night ≥ 2 hours
