Arizona Bans Unfair Real Estate Fee Agreements Arizona became the 22nd state to pass legislation protecting homeowners from the filing of Non-Title Recorded Agreements for Personal Services (NTRAPS). Both the ALTA and Land Title Association of Arizona supported the bill.

Even though the instructor (Rick Harris) did a wonderful job the 2 full day ABR class was a learning commitment.
