As a child My Dad would have us write on New Years Night! Each of us would write 3 accomplishments from the current year and 3 goals for the year to come. He would place them in the Bible on the verse Philippians 4:13.

To me that was my first form of a vision board! I’ve made physical vision boards since I can remember! 3 years ago I made my first digital vision board!

This year I want to share with Moms my tips as a Vet; why they are always successful!

My students call me Mother Earth.. and I love it!

My smile was my most favorite feature until after the first pregnancy. Thanks to hyperemesis gravidarum, I would 🤮
Every, yes every day no exaggeration! EVERYDAY!

Of course there is no dental work during pregnancy so most of the time I was in pain. Long story short it damaged my teeth tremendously!

On the other hand, I noticed that when I smiled at my children they would smile even bigger! Not to mention, people tell me just as much as when I was a little girl how beautiful my smile is. At first it was hard to receive, because of my own insecurities, but I am very aware of the power in my smile!

Give a smile today! It’s free! And You never know who needs it.
