Dropping in for a super quick easy lunch prep, low-carb wrap, mixed greens, avocado, pico de gallo, salmon.  is quick easy and could be pre-prepared ahead of time. The salmon can be reheated on a hot skillet with a tab of butter. Super easy quick to make very satisfying all Whole Foods.

• Low-carb tortillas
• Rotisserie chicken, shredded (cold)
• Cilantro
• Julienned cucumber
• Coleslaw mix
• Red pepper flakes (optional, for a hint of heat)
• Sesame seeds
• Pickled red onions or pickled vegetables (for a tangy crunch)
• Fresh lemon or lime juice (for a fresh zing)
• Light dressing or a drizzle of olive oil (optional, to keep it light)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Slaw: In a bowl, mix the coleslaw mix, julienned cucumber, cilantro, pickled red onions or pickled vegetables, sesame seeds, and a light sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Drizzle with fresh lemon or lime juice to enhance the fresh flavors.
2. Prepare Tortilla: Lightly pan-fry the low-carb tortilla until it is slightly crispy but still pliable.
3. Assemble Wrap:
• Lay the pan-fried tortilla flat.
