The Croga Group is currently conducting De-Escalation and Conflict Management training for volunteer security staff. De-escalation is critical for church security teams to prevent verbal disputes from turning into violent attacks, ensuring safety while maintaining a welcoming, peaceful worship environment. It helps resolve conflicts, manages individuals in crisis with empathy, and prevents unnecessary use of force, ultimately keeping both the congregation and individuals.
