After taking time to try out both the kings court and the black night oils from let me tell you….

The soft vanilla scent with sandalwood is a must!
I like to stay active and on the go while at work whether I’m at the chair or back and forth between trips to my towel caddy for beard treatments I must say the scent held up.

Not only was it not too overpowering the mixture of it allowed me a calmness almost like a breath of fresh air. I have to emphasize how at no point did I feel like I had oil in my beard. Those who know me know normally I wouldn’t advocate for oil on the face being that we secrete oil naturally when we sweat body temperature rises etc. but again at no point did I feel I had oil on my beard/face.

The name alone is special to me for reasons I won’t go into because this isn’t about me it’s about the product 😅. Now Black Knight comes with an aromatic scent of mahogany smelling good almost I dare to say as a smooth cologne you’ll only want to wear over and over. It stands up as dominant between the two not for strength of smell but the character behind it. While it says hey 😏 it doesn’t scream HELLO!!!!

Both scents absolutely feel light & airy not weighing down the beard but bringing a brilliance to wear shine meets clean not runny nor excessive. I recommend trying these guys out and surprise!!! They also have beard butter!!! Which I’ll hopefully take for a test run soon because we know I can appreciate a good butter/face moisturizer 😎.
