The $50,000 iDesign Prize is committed to creating the next generation of product design leaders. Prize submissions will be accepted from March 1st-16th.
The Integrated Product Design Master's Program and PennDesign are excited to announce the inaugural year of a $50,000 iDesign@Penn prize which is committed to creating the next generation of product design leaders. The prize is aimed at helping Penn graduate students successfully launch an innovative product design venture after graduation.

Don't just design the product, design the experience of use.
You need to have a well designed product, but that's not enough. Think through the entire user experience from how someone will learn about your product, start engaging with it, and how they’ll feel afterwards.

Show Don't Tell - Don't just explain what you're trying to do in words. Think of videos, visuals and experiments you can create that communicate what you're trying to achieve.

iDesign announces first annual winners In a room of no more than 40 people, Associate Dean of External Affairs at the School of Design Richard Fitzgerald said, “Five years from now when the iDesign prize is the hottest prize in the United States, you can say that you were here on this first night.”
