Every head shaved, every dollar raised, every moment matters.
This year, we had the opportunity to hear directly from Dr. Spear about working with pediatric cancer patients and why this cause is so important.
Join us at our St. Baldrick’s Carnival on May 2nd as we come together to support life-saving research and the kids who need it most.

On November 14th, 1999, 37 men were brought before Brothers Erin Mullally and Ryan Elliot from Headquarters, to begin the first challenge along the journey of brotherhood, The Sigma Challenge. This week, we were honored to welcome Dr. Stephen Hunger and Dr. Timothy Spear — two oncologists from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia — to speak with our chapter about pediatric cancer, the realities children and families face every day, and why research is so critical to changing those outcomes.
They shared how organizations like the St. Baldrick’s Foundation directly fuel the efforts that give kids a fighting chance, and how our work truly makes a difference.
As our annual St. Baldrick’s head-shaving carnival approaches, we’re proud to continue our commitment to supporting pediatric cancer research. Every fundraiser, every shaved head, every act of support helps move the mission forward.
💚 Together, we fight for a future where every child has the chance to grow up. Donate today at the link in our bio, and stay tuned for ways to get involved with our upcoming St. Baldrick’s efforts.

Our Executive Board recently attended the Carlson Leadership Academy in New Jersey, Sigma Phi Epsilon’s regional leadership conference focused on developing effective chapter leaders and strengthening the member experience.
Through workshops, networking, and strategic planning sessions, our team gained valuable insights to help guide the chapter forward and be better leaders on campus.

Stepping away from the grind to enjoy the snow together is how we embody our cardinal principle of Brotherly Love. Making memories, supporting one another, and having fun along the way. 🛷

Last week, we had the privilege of hosting President Merlo for dinner. It was a valuable opportunity to sit down, share perspectives, and discuss the student experience directly with leadership.
We appreciate his willingness to engage with student organizations on a personal level. Conversations like these are essential for strengthening the relationship between students and administration and help support the shared mission to empower students to be purpose-driven, global citizens.

Celebrating 23 years of SigEp at Drexel.
Since our charter in 2002, generations of brothers have carried forward the values of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love; building a chapter that continues to grow stronger through the support and example of our alumni.
Thank you to every brother, past and present, who makes PA Beta Beta what it is today.

🚫 No pledging. No hazing.
At SigEp, every man is a brother from day one. We don’t believe in pledge processes or making new members “earn” respect through hazing.
Instead, our Balanced Man Program gives each brother equal rights and responsibilities right away, while providing real opportunities for growth in leadership, academics, and personal development. Brotherhood should empower you, not tear you down.
That is why This Fraternity Will Be Different
