I can’t believe we are 2 months out. As many of you may know, I like to celebrate my birthday by helping my community. This year is no different. With the help of supporters, we were able to feed 100ppl last year. We also were able to provide men and women toiletry bags courtesy of Dana Mcbride-Garrett of Kameleon Kreations. Goal Getters: Today, we embarked on our first outing as a collective unit, extending an invitation for others to join us. Under the leadership of Pamia Coleman and the sounds of Coach Shay's expertise, we successfully completed our first yoga class, persevering through challenges to reach the finish line. The scenic mile-long walk to and from the destination afforded us the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of nature, making for a truly exceptional experience. I am pleased to announce that the Goal Getters group will have their very first outing, hosted by Pamia Coleman. With will engage in yoga in the park. This will take place this Saturday, July 20th at the John Heintz Wildlife Refuge at 11am. If you would like to attend, meet us there.
