I'm so thankful that my job allows me to read and introduce beautiful stories to my Piper. I hope that it encourages her to find a love of books. I won't create anything that I haven't read, so when I get fun projects like these, I feel I can read them outloud to her. Honestly, it's the fastest way she falls asleep, but even when she sleeps, I think she is getting something from it. I hope so anyway!

Because I know you could use a distraction to take your mind off of how badly you want the weekend to be here, here's a cool project I started today! The sweetest friend asked me to make her this ginormous flower. It is decked out with all the brains I could find in an old human anatomy book I found since she works in the medical field! I love these projects that are from the heart (or brain).
