Happy Easter Sunday to all who celebrate! This morning, our children celebrated with prayers, then had special meals, which they were very excited about. To end their day, our board of directors got together and met with our staff and students. The children performed a lovely song and dance as they shared their appreciation for the support CCCU gives them. Today and every day, we want to thank our donors and friends for contributing to our mission! 💛🩵💚🐣

What a difference 7 years makes, and it’s all thanks to amazing donors like you!

Today marks seven years since our school, the Magooli Children’s Education center, began operations. Seven years ago, the children had no seats and were just happy to have a new place to land. Now, we’re able to provide a robust curriculum, colorful classrooms, wonderful teachers, a working kitchen with regular meals, sustainable gardens and animal farms, and SO much more to our children. It’s absolutely astonishing how far we have come!

Please give a warm welcome to our lovely, volunteer friend, Marion, who is currently in Uganda helping out our organization! The students admire her and appreciate all the work she is doing with our teaching programs! We are starting the semester off strong and are ready for classes to start next Monday! 🙂✏️👨‍🎓
