Spotted an Eagles fan on the ramp at West Hampton this morning. Totally sweet airplane, but we can’t help but wonder…do you think they sing “fly, Eagles, fly” during every takeoff? 🤔

They’ve gotta, right??! Because we definitely would. 🎶🎤😉

A Class Bravo transition can be intimidating to new pilots - especially in airspaces as busy as New York’s - but it’s really not so different from standard VFR flight following. They might assign you a series of headings, or ask you to change altitude, or send you direct to a nearby VOR (or airport) and then direct to your destination…but all of these things can be managed easily with avionics.

And the most important thing for pilots to do is prepare a Plan B - know what you’re going to do and where you’re going to go if they’re not able to grant you a clearance through the Bravo airspace.

Finally, be sure to respond promptly to all ATC communications if you want to avoid the wrath of busy controllers.

We had a fantastic turn out last night for our hangar night program. So many people came by that we quite literally ran out of chairs. Totally amazing to see such a big crowd! 😱🤯❤️

We owe a huge thanks to ATC Specialist Dave Urban for leading an engaging and informative Q&A. And much love to our friends at for their always-fantastic catering. 🤤

It was wonderful to see our local aviation community so active and engaged. 🤗

Per the FAA website, the US Air Traffic Organization (ATO) provides service to more than 45,000 flights and 2.9 million airline passengers across more than 5 million square miles of domestic airspace every day. 😱🤯

If like us you’re curious as to how they manage to pull that off, come out and join us at The Brandywine Airport (OQN) tonight at 6pm where we’ll have our guest speaker, a seasoned Washington Center and Philly Approach controller, speaking with us about air traffic control operations. ✈️🗣🎙🙊

absolutely crushed this short field landing into KIAG (Niagara Falls)! You can actually see on the PFD that we touch down right on the centerline stripe we’re aiming for. You can’t do it any better than this. 💯
