📸🍹 adventures led me to The Copper Crow Horsham in Horsham, PA yesterday! Looking for some blog inspiration, I found so much more.

Stepping inside the cozy and welcoming establishment, I was warmly greeted by Mary, the bartender, whose enthusiasm for mixology is simply contagious. She's not just an expert in mixing the classics, but she’s also the brain child behind many of Copper Crow’s craft cocktail offerings, with a menu that changes with the seasons. 🍸🌸🍂🌲❄️

One of Copper Crow’s unique features? They actually encourage their talented bartenders to get creative and add their own concoctions to the menu. It's in this spirit of creativity and authenticity that I discovered my new favorite cocktail, the Dirty Bourbon. 🍌🥃

Crafted with bourbon that has been patiently infused with ripe bananas over three days (yes, you heard it right, THREE days!), the Dirty Bourbon is a delightful afternoon sipper that’s not overly heavy. And let me tell you, the infusion process adds such depth of flavor - each sip is a new experience! Along with the infused bourbon, they’ve added Amaro, Frangelico, Cream and Chocolate bitters. If you're a fan of mudslides, imagine a more sophisticated, adult version of that. 😌
