Reveal is a superior antioxidant-rich, ready-to-drink beverage made from avocado seeds.
It is zero-calorie, sugar-free, preservative free and has 3x the amount of antioxidants as green tea. We are a food recovery company that develops innovative foods products from upcycled ingredients. We aim to give products more than one purpose in a unique way that is sustainable, socially responsible and environmentally safe. We are looking at making systematic changes in the food industry that cuts down on the excess and leads to complete reutilization of product.

How Reveal Started
Reveal is a company founded by Drexel Students and was dreamed up in the Drexel Food Lab.
While working in the kitchen with fresh avocados to make guacamole, we had a huge pile of peels and seeds, and so little pulp! They were perfectly healthy and edible but were being thrown away. We didn't have the heart to waste them so we started researching creative ways to put them to good use.
The more we brewed the more we loved it. Our drink is flavorful, delicious and insanely healthy! Turns out avocado seeds make a delicious beverage rich in antioxidants!
