I needed to let everyone know of this problem. If you are one of the few that uses a windows computer and windows 11 with Serato, there is a hardware issue with serato and connecting your controllers. Hopefully you got an email explaining this. If not, you can go to sorato's website for answers and a work around till windows or serato gets their s**t together. Good luck! 🙏
