🎉 THAT’S A WRAP ON SUMMER CAMP! 🎉

We ended our summer with the BEST kind of celebration, a DJ Dance Party! 🎶🕺💃

Our campers had so much fun singing, dancing, and enjoying all of their favorite songs with their friends. It was the perfect way to celebrate an amazing summer together! ❤️☀️

A huge THANK YOU to Marat Ioshpa State Farm Agent- David Bara for being our DJ and keeping our campers dancing and smiling all morning long! 🎧🎶

As we say goodbye to another incredible summer, we hope all of our campers and families enjoy the rest of their summer and have a safe, happy, and successful school year! 📚✏️

🏊‍♀️☀️ Wi******er Swim Club — Our Favorite Part of Summer! ☀️🏊‍♂️

There’s nothing better than a summer day at Wi******er Swim Club! 💦 Our campers had an amazing time soaking up the sunshine, making memories, and enjoying all their favorite parts of pool day.

From showing off their skills on the diving board 🤿 to playing pickup games on the courts 🏀. No pool day is complete without a stop at the snack bar for a well-deserved treat! 🍦🍟

These days are always filled with laughter, friendship, and plenty of summer fun! ❤️💙

☀️ WEEK 8 RECAP — OUR FINAL WEEK! ☀️

We made it to our LAST WEEK of summer camp, and we packed it with as much fun as possible! ❤️🦁

📣 We celebrated School Spirit Day, showing off our pride for out local schools!

🚒 We were also so excited to welcome a special visit from the Philadelphia Fire Department! Our campers loved meeting the firefighters and learning more about the important work they do in our community.

🎪 And, of course, we celebrated our Annual Carnival Day! Campers had a blast taking on the obstacle course, racing down the water slide, and dunking their favorite counselors in the dunk tank! 😂💦

🍭 There were plenty of sweet treats for everyone to enjoy!

A HUGE special thank you to Playful Gorilla for the awesome tattoos and to Teaghan Adams, SJS alumna, for the amazing face painting! 🎨✨ You helped make our Carnival Day unforgettable!

We would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible St. Jerome Summer Camp counselors!

We greatly appreciate their efforts, under the direction of Mr. Stevens and Mrs. LoMastro, in providing a great experience for the children of our community.

Your enthusiasm made this summer one our campers will never forget. From fun-filled activities and games to creating lasting memories and friendships, you made every day special.

Everything is AWESOME at LEGOLAND! 🧱✨

Our campers had an incredible day exploring Legoland Discovery Center, where imagination comes to life! One of the highlights was seeing amazing LEGO creations of Philadelphia, from the city skyline and the Art Museum to Independence Hall. The attention to detail was so impressive!

Campers also had the chance to build their own creative masterpieces, race through the play area, score points on the interactive train ride, test their skills in the laser maze, and enjoy an action-packed 4D movie experience.

This trip is always one of our campers’ favorites because there is something fun around every corner. Everything really is awesome, and this trip was no exception! What an unforgettable day! 💙❤️

Week 7 Recap ⏪🕺🎨

This week, our campers took a trip back in time! We celebrated Decades Day, and campers showed off outfits inspired by their favorite eras, from the fabulous 1950s all the way to the 2000s! 🕶️✨

The fun didn’t stop there! Campers enjoyed classic games like box ball, hacky sack, MASH, and even made their own fortune tellers. They also had a blast playing a camp favorite, kickball!

The kids were happy to see an old favorite return, Tie-Dye Day! 🌈 Every camper created their very own groovy tie-dye shirt, and no two designs were the same.

Our older campers put their knowledge to the test during Counselor Quizzo, seeing just how well they really know their counselors! The final round, where campers had to match baby pictures to each counselor, had everyone laughing!

Our littlest campers also had a jaw-some time celebrating Shark Week! 🦈 They loved the hands-on sensory experience of creating their very own sharks, making for a fun and engaging activity that everyone enjoyed.

Week 6 recap! 🦸🏻🦸🏼‍♀️📚

Superheroes took over camp this week as we celebrated Superhero Day! Campers came dressed as their favorite heroes and had a blast creating some truly super crafts. One of the biggest hits was turning their favorite counselors into superhero coloring pages!

Our youngest campers also put their skills to the test in the “Save the Citizen” obstacle course, where they raced to save the day like true heroes.

Our campers also took time to honor some of our real life superheroes through a special service project. Every camper made a heartfelt thank you card for our police officers, firefighters, and hospital workers to show their appreciation for all they do for our communities.

We also welcomed Tree House Books and their bookmobile, giving every camper the opportunity to browse the shelves and find the perfect book to take home and enjoy. Thank you for keeping our campers reading through the summer!

To top off a fantastic week, we celebrated Otto’s half birthday with some delicious cake. A special thank you to Father Izzo for the sweet treat!

Another week filled with creativity, kindness, laughter, and unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to see what Week 7 has in store! ☀️❤️

🎄 Christmas came early at Saint Jerome Summer Camp! ☀️

Our campers celebrated the halfway mark to Christmas with a day full of holiday cheer and summer fun!

Santa took a break from his well-deserved vacation to visit camp, and Mrs. Claus came along too! As always, she happily helped Santa hand out gifts to every camper. We even had another special guest stop by… the Grinch! Don’t worry, the Grinch wasn’t here to steal Christmas, just to join in on all the fun!

Campers had a jolly good time playing reindeer games, singing along to their favorite Christmas songs, creating fun and festive holiday crafts, and striking a pose in our Christmas photo booth. It was a day filled with laughter, creativity, and unforgettable memories with some very special holiday visitors.

Who says you have to wait until December to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year? Merry Christmas… in July! 🎅🎁🎄

Today we said goodbye to our camp ducks! 🦆

What an incredible experience this has been for our campers! From the very beginning, they helped care for our duck eggs by carefully turning them several times each day. Then came the excitement of patiently waiting for the eggs to hatch, a moment they had been looking forward to!

Once the ducklings arrived, the fun really began! Our campers loved watching them splash in the water, waddle around, and run freely in our “duck circles.” They quickly became a favorite part of camp, bringing smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories to everyone.

While we’re sad to see them go, we’re happy they’re heading to a wonderful new home where they’ll continue to grow and thrive.

Thank you, little ducks, for making this summer even more special. We’ll miss you!

Our campers traveled to The Hiway Theater in Jenkintown for a special showing of The Grinch! 💚

Campers loved this fun, modern take on the classic Christmas story! Of course, no trip to the movies is complete without popcorn! 🍿 It made the movie experience even better!

This festive trip was the perfect way to get everyone into the holiday spirit as we get ready to celebrate Christmas in July on July 24th! 🎅🎄☀️
