It’s our largest fundraiser of the year! Kicking off on Giving Tuesday and working together to reach our goal, no donation is too small!

For over 10 years we all together have been making a difference in creating equal access to education!

Our Giving Tuesday fundraiser is LIVE, and we’re already off to an incredible start! Since 2014, Cross Cultural Connect has been proving what’s possible when cultures unite with purpose. And this year, we’re taking one of our most meaningful steps yet. We are in the final chapter of supporting Liceo Rual Kabebata, located in the Cabécar Indigenous Territory of Costa Rica. With your help, these students can reach what we call “Connection Level Status”—meaning they will finally have access to the laptops, tablet, and digital tools they need to connect with classrooms around the world, strengthen their cultural voice, and prepare for university and beyond. Thanks to last year’s generosity, we were able to begin this work. This Giving Tuesday, you can help us complete it. Last week, a dedicated crew of CCC volunteers embarked on an exciting journey into the heart of the Cabécar Indigenous zone to kick off the setup phases of our next project.

The Liceo Rural Kabebata, located at the edge of the reserve, is an area where technology is gradually becoming more prevalent. Senior students here have the opportunity to travel to Turrialba the following year to pursue university studies, marking a significant step forward for their education.

Through the introduction of technology and multicultural study, we aim not only to bridge the gap between tradition and innovation but also to inspire the students to take pride in their rich cultural heritage. We hope this project fosters a vibrant, multicultural sharing community where students can feel connected to both their roots and the broader world.
