GAME ON! The competition was fierce this afternoon in the lower gym as the QCHS staff took on our Panther student body in a fiery Volleyball game!
It came down to the last of three games, the first won by the staff, the second won by the students. But our QCHS staff came through with the victory.
Congratulations to the QCHS staff on your triumphant win!

During the weekend of May 8, student artwork from across QCSD was on display at Quakertown Community High School for the 2026 Phenomenal Art Works K-12 Showcase. The event featured hundreds of pieces of student artwork, highlighting the hard work and creativity of our students, as well as the collaborative efforts of our incredible art teachers.

The QCSD School Board was invited to view and select works that stood out for the 2025-2026 PAW Award. One such work was 11th grader Ashlyn Carrezola’s photograph, “UNITY.” In her artist statement, Ashlynn described how the photograph came to be:
“For my picture, I didn’t really think much of it at first. I remember taking it, feeling good about it, and my teacher being fascinated when I showed her. A few days later, I decided to look up what ‘Unity’ meant. I knew it had a deeper meaning, but I couldn’t define it for myself. When I looked it up, Google gave me a few definitions and synonyms like accord and solidarity, but none of them stood out to me except, ‘the state of being one, whole.’ That definition meant a lot to me because being whole is one of the greatest things a community can be.”

Ashlynn’s photograph will be on display at the QCSD Administrative Offices for members of the community to view.

Congratulations, Ashlynn!
