The first day of school has come and gone, but it was filled with hugs, friends, and plenty of help finding classes.

At the end of every summer, the football team invites Dr. van’t Hoenderdaal to punt the football to administrators to determine how many laps they’ll need to do to close out practice - and predetermine the vibe of the season! Principals Mr. Bolinsky and Mrs. Conroy, as well as Student Management Coordinator Mr. Brun, and Superintendent Dr. Hoffman were tapped to catch the ball 🏈 this season!

We hope you’re enjoying every last bit of summer! We’re getting ready to welcome our Panthers back for an exciting new school year.

Mark your calendars and join us on Tuesday, August 25th, for our FRESHMEN & NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION, 5:30pm - 6:30pm at QCHS.

If you are new to QCHS, this is a fantastic opportunity to get familiar with the school, learn expectations, and start the year off with confidence!

Attention Ninth Grade Families:

Ninth Grade Chromebook distribution is already underway NOW through August 28. Please note that chromebooks cannot be picked up at orientation!

Regular hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM, now through August 28. Stop by any time during these hours; no appointment is needed.

Extra dates for families who can't make regular hours:
Monday, August 17 — 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Friday, August 21 — 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM
Monday, August 24 — 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Friday, August 28 — 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM

And be sure to return your charger. If a charger has been lost, a replacement charger must be purchased for $20.

Attention, Panthers!

The 2026 QCHS Yearbook has arrived! If you ordered one, please see the following information about pick-up:

Where: The QCHS Front Lobby
When: Tuesday, August 11th from 9:00 AM till 1:00 PM and Wednesday, August 12th from 12:00 PM till 3:00 PM.

If you are unable to pick up your book at either of these times, you may come to the HS office beginning Thursday, August 13th. (As a reminder, the building is closed on Fridays during the summer.)

A limited number of books is available for purchase in the HS office on a first-come basis. Please bring cash or a check made payable to QCHS and include your student's name in the subject.

The price is $100.00. After August 31st, please contact Mr. Moyer at [email protected] or Mrs. Gatto at [email protected] with questions about purchasing and pricing for the 2026 yearbook or any previous years.

Greetings QCSD Families:

The first day of school is quickly approaching! With a new school year comes updated contact information—families move, phone numbers change, and new email addresses are created. To ensure we have the most current information to connect with our families, we ask parents and guardians to check their email for the Returning Student Registration letter for each student attending QCSD for the 2026–2027 school year and complete the online registration form.

ATTENTION!
During the week of Monday, August 3rd - Friday, August 7th, Ninth Grade Chromebook distribution will only take place on Wednesday, August 5th and Thursday August 6th.

Every incoming 9th grader exchanges their middle school Chromebook for a new device. Distribution is already underway and runs through August 28. Please note that chromebooks cannot be picked up at orientation.
