Camp Galil: An overnight Jewish summer camp based on social justice, inclusion and youth leadership.

Camp Galil was founded on its current Bucks County site in 1946. Since then we have been providing unforgettable Jewish summer camp experiences for youth in PA, NJ, NY, and DE. In addition to camp, we offer bimonthly year-round programming for our campers to keep in touch and to introduce new families to the Galil experience.

Just kidding! This year’s Maccabiah, our very own Jewish Olympics, was so eventful! The chanichimot participated in a variety of sports, including Judo, baseball, wiffleball, and so much more! Comment below with your favorite sport you tried this summer!

Yom Israel (Israel Day) this year was a blast!

The day was full of traditional Israeli food, swimming in the Dead Sea (the pool), escape rooms, learning lessons, and so much fun! Days like this are so important to uplift and encourage our Jewish youth to be proud of their identity and inspire them to make the world a better place!

Our chanichimot experienced a blast from the past during our second session Kupah Trip!

Everyone had a blast playing retro arcade games and finished out the day with a double feature at a drive-in movie theater!

Our second session Tiyul (camping) trip was incredible! The whole machaneh spent two days hiking, seeing waterfalls, enjoying nature, and growing together. We’re so thankful for these special moments!
