⏳ If I were to look back three (3) years ago, I wouldn’t have thought my life would look like this.

⏳It is interesting how things turn out from what we planned, to what actually happens.

⏳We aren’t always prepared for it…but it’s as the saying goes: “God does not call the prepared, God prepares the called.”

⏳I didn’t realize that I was being prepared for this my whole life.

⏳What was the point of getting a Masters Degree, what was the point of being SHRM-SCP certified, what was the point of being a counselor for 11.5yrs, what was the point of being Executive Coaching Certified, what was the point of being Certified in holistic practices, what was the point of developing discipline through body building competitions, raising two kids and surviving cancer?

⏳Now at 48yrs of age, I KNOW there was a point for all the challenges and development I’ve endured, and all the wisdom that has come with it.

⏳Aaaahh, what a gift!

⏳The journey has prepared me for what I am confidently doing now on my own, after doing it for other organizations my entire professional career.

⏳What was I doing? Calling out leadership, pointing out their practices, learning from the best on how to lead, but also learning from the worst, what pitfalls are and how they sunk!

⏳I have made some Leadership uncomfortable for holding them accountable, BUT the confident learned instead and saw my coaching as valuable.

⏳I’m grateful that there have been many influences in my life professionally and personally because they have served a higher purpose.

⏳As I prepare to publish my book on Leadership, all those case studies will serve the greater good. Thank you!

⏳In the meantime my 1:1 clients fill my heart as I see them out there leading with their whole being and being inspired to love their lives and teams ☀️
