The Roman Trial Team Takes 6th Place in Atlanta!

The Roman Catholic High School Mock Trial Team traveled to Atlanta, Georgia, to compete in the Empire Mock Trial competition, earning an impressive 6th-place finish!

Led by captains Clark Cohn and Nick Porchia, the team welcomed nine new members. Adding to the team’s success, Tiese Giles was named the top-ranked attorney in the tournament!

Congratulations to the entire team on an outstanding performance and for representing Roman with excellence!

This week, seminarians visited Roman’s Junior Theology classes to share their experiences and discuss their vocations with our students!

All Roman students are invited to an upcoming “Come and See Day” at the seminary, where they can meet seminarians, learn more about their journeys, and explore a vocation to the priesthood.

We are grateful for the opportunity to connect our students with these young men as they continue to discern God’s calling in their lives!

As construction continues on the new STEM Center, Roman’s new Campus Minister and Chaplain Fr. Joshua Vargas, joined by President John A. Prendergast ’08, led a special prayer service for the blessing of the concrete footings.

The blessing offered prayers for the protection and safety of the building’s foundation and all who will bring this project to life. As part of the blessing, Fr. Joshua tossed many Miraculous Medals into the foundation before the concrete pour as a great act of devotion and entrusting the building’s construction to our Lord and our Blessed Mother’s intercession.

Discovery Day was the perfect start to the Class of 2031 recruiting cycle!

Over 50 families joined us Sunday for their first look at Roman. Students experienced an academic subject, club, and sport, while parents heard from President John Prendergast ’08 and our admissions team.
