Tastes like dessert, fuels like a protein shake!!! This combo is creamy, crunchy, and seriously addictive.
Ingredients:
• ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
7g Jello cheesecake mix
2 tbsp zero sugar Cool Whip c3 Biscoff cookies, crushed
2 tbsp PBfit (mixed with 3-4 tbsp water to drizzle)

Ingredients:
Ground chicken 1 lb
1 egg
1 tsp Salt pepper garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Avocado oil spray cooking
60g Cornflakes bread crumbs to dredge. After dredging freeze for 15-30 mins to make it easier to work with.
Spray with avocado oil and air fry at 375°F for 13-15 minutes or Bake at 400°F for 400°F for 25-28 mins or until golden brown and crispy

For the potatoes:
Cut 2 medium sweet potatoes into cubes, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast at 400°F until golden and tender, about 25 minutes. Or Air Fry at 400°F for 13-15 mins.
For the beef:
Avocado oil spray for cooking
1 onion minced
4 garlic cloves minced
1.25lbs Lean ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
For the sauce:
1 large avocado
1/3 cup light sour cream
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
2 limes
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves and pepper, to taste Water (if too thick)
Top with the creamy avocado sauce, fresh jalapeños, cotija cheese (optional), hot honey (optional) and cilantro!

Healthier Honey-Chipotle Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken thighs (boneless & skinless)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chicken bouillon
2-3 cups crushed corn flakes (unsweetened)
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs (for wash)
6 slider buns of choice
Pickles (optional)
1 tbsp spicy mayo (low-fat mayo + chipotle sauce)
Honey-Chipotle Sauce:
14 oz chipotle peppers in adobo (2 cans)
5 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp light butter
* Blend the chipotle peppers + adobo first, then simmer in a skillet with honey and butter until thick and glossy.

High Protein Hot Honey Chicken

Hot honey chicken:
8 oz chicken breast (cut into 4 strips)
spices (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper)
1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
3/4 cup corn flakes
hot honey sauce (2 tbsp honey + 3 tbsp Siracha)
Garlic parm fries:
1 medium potato
- Cajun seasoning & garlic butter:
1 tbsp low fat butter & 1/2 tbsp Parmesan
1 minced garlic clove

1. Preheat air fryer to 400F.
2. Combine chicken, yogurt and spices well.
3. Crush corn flakes and coat chicken.
4. Airfry for 8-10 min or until crispy and internal temp reads 165.
5. Mix together honey and siracha, microwave for 30s so it thins out then dip chicken.
6. Cut potatoes into long pieces - use a veggie chopper, if desired.
7. Add seasoning to potatoes and air fryer at 400F for
12-15 min or until crispy, flipping halfway.
8. Melt together garlic butter ingredients then add to fries.
^ if you add fries back in for a couple minutes after adding butter they get super crispy

Sweet Potato Buns
2 large sweet potatoes, cooked &
mashed
2 eggs
Salt + pepper
- Mix together, then add ~2 tbsp of the mixture to a waffle iron until crisped into buns
Burgers
• 1lb extra lean ground beef
• 2 tbsp burger seasoning
• Form into 5 patties and cook to desired temp.
Other Ingredients
• Lettuce, tomato, low fat cheese, onions
Assemble your burger: bun, lettuce, tomato, onions, patty, cheese, top bun... and enjoy!
