In case you missed it, the Philadelphia Education Department announces the 2013-2014 school performance list. Schools are ranked on a grading scale of 0 to 100. (107 with extra credit). The top 5 performers are:

Central High School (90.80)
Carver High School (90.60)
Julia R. Masterman Secondary School (90.10)
Young Scholars Charter School (89.20)
Folk Arts-Cultural Treasure Charter School (88.40).

Now that October has closed and we begin our prepping for the holidays, remember that December 12th is the application deadline to all special admission schools!
