🥖 Community Helpers: Our Bakery Visit!
As part of our Community Helpers Study, our children had a special Zoom visit with a wonderful baker Miss Sherri! 👩🍳🥐
She gave us a behind-the-scenes look at how a bakery works—from the ingredients and baking process to the important jobs of the kitchen staff. The children were curious and asked so many great questions! 💬✨
It was an informative, engaging, and fun learning experience that helped us understand how bakers and their teams help our community every day. ❤️
Learning through real-world experiences makes learning meaningful! 🌟

🦎🐍 The Lizard Guys Visited Right Steps of Richboro! 🐢✨
💚 Thank you, The Lizard Guys, for bringing science to life and making learning such a fun adventure! Our children had the opportunity to meet a variety of reptiles, snakes, and amphibians while discovering what they eat, where they live, and the unique ways they protect themselves using camouflage, claws, teeth, and beaks.
Our students were incredibly brave as they touched, held, and even helped feed lizards, turtles, and snakes! We believe the best learning happens when children can explore, discover, and experience the world around them firsthand. These interactive experiences spark curiosity, build confidence, and create memories that last a lifetime. 🦎🐍🐢💚

🐣 The Countdown Is On! 🐣
Our excitement is growing as we eagerly await the arrival of our baby chicks next week! While our eggs continue to incubate, each classroom has been busy learning all about chickens and the amazing hatching process.
🐥 Toddlers are discovering the parts of a chicken and having a blast shaking their tail feathers during the Chicken Dance!
🥚 Preschoolers are exploring where chickens live and creating cozy nests to welcome our fluffy new friends.
🐤 Pre-K students are learning about the special egg tooth that chicks use to carefully peck their way out of their shells.
🐓 Kindergarteners are tracking embryo development and helping rotate our incubating eggs to support healthy growth.
This hands-on experience is teaching our children about science, responsibility, and the incredible miracle of life. We can’t wait for the BIG HATCH next week!
✨ Stay tuned—we’ll be sharing updates as our chicks make their grand entrance! 💛🐣

🥚🔬 **Our Hatching Eggs Have Arrived at Right Steps!** 🐣✨
The eggs are here, and the science adventure is about to begin! 🌟
Did you know that inside every fertilized egg is a tiny embryo that grows a little more each day? With the right temperature (about **99.5°F / 37.5°C**) and humidity, something amazing happens—after **21 days**, a fluffy chick can hatch! 🐥
🧪 Young scientists will get to:
🔍 Observe how chicks develop before they hatch.
📖 Learn about life cycles and animal growth.
💡 Make predictions, ask questions, and discover how an incubator creates the perfect environment for new life.
Science isn’t just something you read about—it’s something you can watch happen right before your eyes!
Stay tuned as we share our hatching journey, fun facts, and (hopefully!) some adorable chicks very soon. 🐣💛
