Here are some of our recommendations💐

This year, National Teacher Appreciation Week runs from May 4th to May 8th with National Teacher Appreciation Day being May 5th. Please help celebrate our staff OR your childs favorite teacher with thankful reminders of their dedication to early childhood education.

Here are our traditional and Google recommended ideas:

Monday, May 4th - A hand written thank you note to the teacher.

Tuesday, May 5th - Have your child ask your teacher what their favorite color is and bring them something that color OR their favorite snack.

Wednesday, May 6th - Something for the classroom the teacher can use (pens, stapler, pencils, stickers, markers, bubbles, coffee tumbler mug, water bottle, etc.)
*The dollar store is great for these gifts.

Thursday, May 7th - Something from the Google list of ideas below.

Friday, May 8th - Lunch for your child's teacher, balloons, or flowers.

GOOGLE RECOMMEND GIFTS FOR NATIONAL TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK:

Gift Cards: Unanimously, everyone wrote gift cards.
Food: Lots noted that they loved to receive food.
Office Supplies.
Classroom Decor.
Handwritten Notes.
Homemade food.
Lotions, candles, hand sanitizer, body wash, etc.
Candy/Chocolates.
Homemade treats.
Clothing, jewelry, tote bags, knick knacks, or other items featuring apples or school themes/phrases.

*Ask your child who their favorite teacher is besides their main teacher for a special inexpensive gift also.
