🤔 Long Does it Take to See Results on the Vertimax? Results vary with every athlete. Typically, you will see vertical jump and speed increases in as little as two to four weeks.

But it's the little things that make the big things work! Our athletes are consistent with exercises and training modalities we post via our app to compliment their training sessions with us.

In the 📽: ⚽️Dorsiflexion, plantar flexion soccer drills used to increase speed and ball control. We're placing ankles and feet in the perfect environment for peak speed while working on timing. Minimal yet adequate force on the ground = speed increase.
