A big way to closing an 18 inch gap is through coaching that gives you power and energy to find your solutions. In today’s podcast I am going through 10 questions that pack some tremendous power in getting that 18 inch gap closed.
Here are three of the total ten coaching questions I would ask in a coaching session.
1. The first question is what do you really, really want? How many people do you know who settle for less? As a coach, it’s my job to help people go after what truly excites and inspires them.
2. What do you mean by (fill in the blank) and what does (fill in the blank) me for you? So, what do you really mean? These questions help me understand how I can help you understand yourself.
3. Why is this important now? What makes this goal important to work on now as opposed to any other time. I would use this question get to the heart of your motivation and why.

In this episode I go real deep into the topic about relationships. I read directly from the book I wrote an analogy about trees and how they relate to relationships. If you struggle or are struggling with dynamics of relationships this is a really good episode for you. Words can have serious power. But what about when the same exact words can have two completely different meanings, I’m not talking about a point of view, rather a perspective completely opposite although the same exact words are being used. How can this even be possible? Well, I’ll be sharing this exact exercise in this episode.
Essay included in this episode:
Today was the absolute worst day ever
And don't try to convince me that
There's something good in every day
Because, when you take a closer look,
This world is a pretty evil place.
Even if
Some goodness does shine through once in a while
Satisfaction and happiness don't last.
And it's not true that
It's all in the mind and heart
Because
True happiness can be attained
Only if one's surroundings are good
It's not true that good exists
I'm sure you can agree that
The reality
Creates
My attitude
It's all beyond my control
And you'll never in a million years hear me say
Today was a very good day
Now read the same essay from the bottom up and see what happens. Interesting, right? Two completely different perspectives yet I read the same exact words! Today I will look at 15 reasons why people often have completely different perspectives on the same exact issue. I know it sounds like a lot, but I will cover each one of these briefly:
1. Personal Experiences: Individual life experiences shape how people view the world and respond to various situations.
2. Social Influence: Family, friends, and social groups can significantly shape opinions and perspectives.
3. Media Consumption: Different media sources often present information in varied ways, leading to different viewpoints.
4. Generational Differences: Different generations often have distinct viewpoints shaped by the historical contexts in which they grew up.
5. Access to Information: Variability in access to information or misinformation can lead to different understandings of the same issue.
