Summer Intern Housing Program - Drexel Business Services From June 18 – September 2, 2010, the Drexel Conference Center provides extended-stay housing in on-campus residential halls. Designed by renowned Erdy McHenry Architecture in association with ARUP, this $42 million, 110,000 square-foot building was just opened in September 2009.

*As Drexel's tallest building, the 17th floor has sweeping views of Philadelphia's skyline.

*Each floor has a flat panel television screen for resident use.

*The first floor multi-purpose room features television and gaming equipment.

*There are vending machines and a laundry room located on the first floor.

Millennium Hall has modified suite-style bedrooms and private, single use bathroom facilities. This new concept in campus living is a hybrid of traditional residence hall living and suite-style community living.

Millennium Hall also incorporates many environmentally sustainable design features, including a 3,000 square-foot green roof to reduce storm-water run-off and heat-island effect and a rain screen panel system to provide solar shading.
