iCloud full? Always full? No reprieve from the alerts that Apple sends to get you to subscribe to a higher tier?

Did you know iCloud backs up your messages AND EVERY VIDEO EVER SENT in a message??? ...Even if you had already saved it in your Gallery, which then WAIT...BACKS IT UP AGAIN.

Oh did you send the video to three people? IT BACKS UP THREE TIMES.

No WONDER iCloud runs out fast; bad system!

For reference I am currently working on removing 35GB of VIDEOS in MESSAGES.
