Some days balance looks like a Bible verse on your mug, minerals in your coffee, collagen for strength, and a splash of something sweet because you’re human.

It’s not all or nothing. It’s not perfect or ruined. It’s learning how to hold nourishment and comfort in the same hand without guilt. Caring for your body while still letting yourself enjoy life. Choosing support instead of extremes.

Balance isn’t about cutting everything out or fixing yourself overnight. It’s about asking, “What helps me get through today?” and answering honestly.

Grace and effort can sit on the same counter.

Homeschooling has given us friends we would’ve never have had otherwise. Friends are such a blessing.

Aaralyn did an amazing job at the multicultural fair and her country Liectenshtein. What an interesting place!

There's a friend or two missing from this photo but without them I wouldn't have survived the things I have. Thank you Lord for putting these ladies in my life to bring me and my kids joy. Meet through our kids but stayed for the sanity.

I used to do my morning walks praying for God to bless me with a group like this and he provided!

Today we had some much needed family time. The kids and I did painting without ring without a twist from home.

Still on a high from the most amazing weekend at the homeschool convention! It was filled with everything that makes this lifestyle so rich—encouragement, learning, laughter, swimming, game nights, pizza, and unexpected visits from the people who make our hearts full. ❤️

I’m so thankful to the Lord for allowing my kids and I to walk this journey alongside our homeschool family—friends who feel like home. What a gift it is to do life and learning together!

And yes… let’s not forget all the shopping! 🛍️😄

As my kids have gotten older, I have struggled with consistency and independence in their homeschooling. I finally thought of a straightforward system that would motivate them to want to do their schoolwork every day.

Homeschoolers unsocialized and missing out? I don’t think so.
