On a messy wild journey to “heal” ALL her trauma by the age of 40, she stumbled (pun intended) into a conscious sober lifestyle and into her deeper purpose to teach people nervous system regulation.

She was confident from much lived experience, in treatment centers and inpatient facilities, that no single approach to healing and living a conscious lifestyle would work for her, so why would it work for anyone else?

Today, she guides people to heal past traumas to feel more freedom, pleasure & purpose while creating healthy thriving relationships.

Outside of running her coaching business, Regulate with Amy, you can find her practicing what she teaches; cooking healthy, delicious food, practicing yoga, playing outdoors, and strengthening her connection to herself to serve the energy of love and teach others to come home to themselves.
