One pic for my speaking words is life coaching course.
It's called " Words, A Tangible Force"

I am a believer of watching my words but sometimes I get caught in the emotions and can get distracted.

Some things in life can knock us off our feet or take the wind from our sail but a determined heart and mind in agreement can overcome anything and if you have faith even small as a mustard seed.. your confidence and hope will spring forth again and grow.

Did you know a mustard seed can grow into a talk tree.

So we have more power and more depth of knowledge and grit than we know. It just needs a chance to be put into actions.
It doesn't matter whether your start is perfect or not, just go forth and have fun along the way.

Be patient with yourself and also do something each wk, Month to get you going. Even if all you did was get up, shower and make your bed. Do something and the little things done each wk, Month will grow far beyond your expectations.

Don't quit. Rest and start again. Be patient and do and love every journey that gets you closer to the you you see and agree to become.
So on to finishing my course with love, patience and determination.
