Each year, 5 providers will receive:

Pennsylvania’s 2026–27 budget brings continued attention to one of the biggest challenges facing early childhood programs: recruiting and retaining qualified staff.

🚨 CHILD CARE PROVIDERS — FUNDING ALERT! 💰

The 2026–2027 Keystone STARS Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Award cycle is approaching!

Eligible Pennsylvania child care providers may receive funding to support quality improvements and strengthen their programs. 🌟

📅 Beginning August 31, 2026: Eligible providers will receive an Eligibility & Acceptance Letter from their ELRC.

✅ Eligible programs generally must:
⭐ Hold a current, regular DHS Certificate of Compliance
⭐ Be designated Keystone STAR 2, 3, or 4
⭐ Meet additional CQI Award eligibility requirements

💡 NO traditional grant application is required! Eligible providers will receive an Eligibility & Acceptance Letter with their maximum award amount and instructions.

✅ Previous Pre-K/Preschool classroom experience

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

🕖 Schedule:
Must be available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
